Honours & Awards

There are the Honours & Awards for Adults and there is the Youth Appreciation Award.  We don't join Scouting for the glory, for the high pay or the great hours.  We join to help make a difference in the life of a child. 

So why Honours & Awards?  To enable your peers to recognize you for your efforts and show their appreciation and thanks in a public and honourable way.  You say, "I'm not here to be recognized."  "I don't want or need an award".  Well, we have heard it.  WE, YOUR PEERS, WANT TO GIVE THE HONOUR & AWARD.

COMMEMORATIVE CENTENNIAL AWARD

Brant Area excelled when it came to writing up youth and adults for this award. 87 in all for Brant. Congratulations to all the receipients.

BATTLEFIELDS YOUTH RECOGNITION CEREMONY - May 4, 2007 - the following awards were received by Brant Area youth.

CHIEF SCOUT AWARD - 9 youth received this award.

QUEEN'S VENTURER AWARD - 7 youth received this award.

YOUTH APPRECIATION AWARD - 7 youth received this award.

BLUE AND GOLD AWARD - 10th Brant Venturers received this award.

Congratulations to all the very deserving receipiants. WELL DONE!!

2007 HONOUR /AWARD BANQUET 

Our area banquet was on Saturday April 28, 2007.  A great time for all.  Our silent auction was another great sucessful fundraiser for Camp Impeesa.
